Hakata Gensuke is run by a team of professionals who understand the Hakata culture, history and sprit. Every member of ou operation and management team shares the same dedication to spread the core culture of Hakata to the world.

We strive to bring the real flavour of Hakata, provide the best service in Hakata style and let our customers experience the Hakata atmosphere in our shop. 

Using only natural ingredients, Hakata Gensuke Ramen soup is made with a "Yobimodoshi" method, where bones and tonkotsu stock are added into the master pot every day. By continuously doing this, the richness and creaminess of the soup is brought out. All Hakata Gensuke tonkotsu ramen are served with pork cha-shu, black fungus and spring onions. We also serve chicken Karaage and Hakata style bite-sized pork gyoza as our side dishes to compliment our ramen. 

We aim to elevate Hakata's vibrant ramen culture into Sydney dining scene. No-frills, lively and casual, our interior is suitable for people from young to old, with menu designed for both sharing and individual serving, there's always a chance to enjoy our meal on your own, with friends or loved ones over lunch, dinner, supper or in-between!
