The name DOPA, a shortened form of the chemical ‘dopamine’. In this case these became an allegory for the chemically transformative experience of eating good food.

We wanted to create something that felt fresh, unexpected, and distinctly Japanese. Taking inspiration from the streets of Tokyo we bring you comfort food and convenient metropolitan living without compromising on our slow food ethos on quality, sustainability and ethical food production.
